Fleet service, pickup & delivery.

Same-day auto repair.Broken today, fixed today.

With 27 bays there’s almost always a lift open: call in the morning, drive home in the afternoon.

Honest expectations

What actually gets done same-day.

Call in the morning and these usually roll out the same afternoon — 27 bays means the lift is rarely the bottleneck; parts availability is. Bigger jobs get an honest timeline before you commit.

Fleet accounts

A down truck costs more than the repair.

Fleet units jump the queue. A cargo van goes on a lift ahead of retail work because every hour it sits is a route not run. With 27 bays, that priority rarely pushes your car to tomorrow.

That's the arrangement on every fleet account, from two work trucks to postal routes: priority diagnosis, same-day turnaround on most repairs, and the fix on one monthly invoice with the unit's history attached.

How fleet accounts work
  • Priority bays for fleet units — breakdowns first, PM staged around them
  • Same-day on most repairs; honest ETA by phone when parts are the constraint
  • Early drop-off so the unit is on a lift before the route would have started
  • One monthly invoice, per-vehicle history, cost-per-unit tracking

Urgent questions, straight answers

Can I get my car fixed the same day near Schenectady?

Usually, yes. Brakes, batteries, tire repairs, oil changes, NYS inspections, starters, alternators and diagnostics are often finished same-day if you call early (we open at 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday). With 27 bays, a lift is rarely the holdup.

Call (518) 348-7764 to confirm.

My car died on the weekend — what are my options?

We're closed weekends, so plan for Monday: send the online request form and you're first in line at 7:30 AM. The after-hours key drop at 642 Saratoga Rd Suite B covers Sunday evening; we can point you to towing for anything unsafe to drive.

What if my car breaks down after hours?

Leave a message or book online overnight and we'll call at 7:30 AM the next business morning with a plan. Use the after-hours key drop if you can get the car here; if not, we'll help arrange a tow.

Do walk-ins get same-day service?

We hold space for urgent problems: grinding brakes, dead batteries, flats, no-starts, or a check-engine light with an inspection due this week. Appointments get priority for everything else, so a quick call before you drive over improves your odds.

Do fleet vehicles really get priority?

Yes. Vehicles on a fleet account go on a lift ahead of retail work because downtime is the real cost, and with 27 bays that rarely bumps anyone else. Two work vehicles opens an account; call (518) 348-7764.
