Who you’ll deal with

Three jobs, one standard.

Every call, every estimate walk-through, every fleet report, every measurement — it comes from one of these three desks, not a call center or a sales floor.

01

The service desk

Answers the phone, books the bay, and walks you through the photo report before anything gets approved. Decline a recommendation and this desk writes “noted for next time” and means it.

02

The fleet desk

Runs the accounts: maintenance intervals per unit, staged multi-vehicle drop-offs, batched New York State inspections, and one monthly invoice with per-vehicle history. Same phone number — ask for the fleet desk.

03

The technician crew

ASE-certified technicians across 27 bays, working every make from a Civic to a Super Duty to a postal LLV. Their measurements and photos are what land in your report.

Call (518) 348-7764 and a real person at the service desk picks up — no call center. For account questions, ask for the fleet desk.

Who does the work

The technician crew.

ASE-certified technicians working every make and model with factory-level equipment, a Hunter alignment rack, and light and medium-duty diesel tooling — the same people whose measurements and photos land in your inspection report.

The technician who inspects your vehicle signs the findings and takes the photos. Tricky diagnoses get a second set of eyes before a quote. The same crew reconditions every vehicle the Fogg’s Automotive dealership sells.

Want to know who worked on your vehicle? Ask at the service desk — the technician who signed your report is on the floor.

How our guides get written

Shop floor first, keyboard second.

Our repair guides and price ranges come from the work in our bays at 642 Saratoga Rd Suite B, Scotia, NY 12302: Capital Region winters, road salt, and the repairs Schenectady drivers ask about most. Prices are updated when they change.

Have a question a guide doesn’t answer? Call (518) 348-7764 — a real person at the service desk will give you a straight answer.
