Six things an account gets you
Built for uptime. Billed like a utility.
Fogg’s Automotive Fleet & Service Center maintains and repairs fleets from 27 bays in Scotia, NY, minutes from Schenectady: per-vehicle preventive maintenance, priority repair, batched NYS inspections, pickup and delivery for fleets of 10+, and one monthly invoice. Two work vehicles is enough to start.
- 01
PM programs on per-vehicle intervals
A maintenance interval for every unit, by miles, hours or route, built from the manufacturer schedule and real use.
- 02
Priority & breakdown repair
Fleet units go to the front of the line: diagnosed the day they arrive, quoted with photos, parts sourced the same day.
- 03
NYS inspections in volume
A licensed NYS inspection station. We track every sticker date and inspect the units due each month in one batch.
- 04
Consolidated billing & per-vehicle history
One monthly invoice, itemized by unit, with every repair, tire and inspection logged to the VIN.
- 05
Pickup, delivery & staged scheduling
Fleets of 10+ vehicles get pickup and delivery up to about 20 miles. Every account gets early drop-off and staged returns.
- 06
Direct FMC billing through AutoIntegrate
Vehicles managed by Enterprise Fleet Management or Element are billed to the FMC directly through AutoIntegrate. No invoices to forward.
Fleet services
What the fleet bays do.
Seven fleet services with their own pages and published pricing where pricing can be published. Anything a work vehicle needs that is not on this list is on the full service menu — same bays, same technicians.
Driving one car, not a fleet? Every service here is customer-pay too — brakes, inspections, diagnostics, tires — at the published price. See all services →
What fits in the bays
From a sedan to a 19,500-lb box truck.
Twenty-seven bays, a Hunter alignment rack, and lifts rated for cutaway and box trucks — so a mixed fleet does not need two shops.
Heavier Class 6 and up, trailers, or anything with air brakes: call the fleet desk first and we will tell you honestly whether it belongs here or at a heavy-truck shop.

How an account starts
Three steps. About a week.
No application packet. A conversation, a vehicle list, and a first visit that proves the process on your own units.

Day one · 5 minutes
A 5-minute fleet quote
Five minutes by phone or at the fleet desk: what the vehicles do, what is overdue, and how you want to approve work and be billed.
- 02
Day two to five

Send year, make, model, VIN and mileage. We build each unit’s interval and log every sticker date.

The first staged visit
Units come in around your routes, early drop-off and back in waves, each with a photographed inspection and a written quote.

Fleet questions
What fleet managers ask before they call.
How small is too small for a fleet account?
Two work vehicles is enough. Small accounts get the same per-vehicle history, priority scheduling, batched inspections and single monthly invoice as a 300-unit fleet.
How does fleet billing work — net terms, FMCs, purchase orders?
One invoice a month, itemized by vehicle. Approved accounts get net-30 terms. Vehicles managed by Enterprise Fleet Management or Element are billed to the FMC directly through AutoIntegrate.
What vehicle classes and weights can you service?
Cars and SUVs, cargo and passenger vans, pickups and HD trucks, cutaway and box trucks up to our lift limits, and light-duty diesel. Ask about anything heavier.
How do you handle New York State inspections for a fleet?
We log every unit’s sticker date when the account opens, then inspect the units due each month as a batch, with the $21 state fee per vehicle on the monthly invoice.
Do you do DOT annual inspections?
Yes. Annual DOT inspections for commercial units that need them, documented on the federal form and filed with the vehicle’s history for audits.
How fast do you turn a fleet unit around?
Small repairs are same day. Medium repairs take one to two days. Extensive repairs depend on parts, and you get the parts date before we start.
What records and reports do we get?
Every unit’s history lives under its VIN: inspections with photos, repairs, parts, tires and tread depths, and sticker dates. Export it any time.
Do you work with the Postal Service and government fleets?
Yes. Fleet accounts include the United States Postal Service and Oshkosh, and we service postal delivery vehicles including LLV, Metris, Transit and NGDV units.
